This week, we officially launch Conscious Chattanooga, a local of initiative of BeMagazine.org connecting you to Chattanooga’s people and organizations who are working for healthy people & planet.

Chattanooga is an excellent example of how community-based, grassroots change can take what Walter Cronkite once called “The Dirtiest City in America” to one of the “Most Livable Cities in America” as featured in New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Outside Magazine, and others.

Conscious Chattanooga builds on that historic story of transformation and revitalization and focuses on building up a renewed sense of the Localization Movement that is now underway in places all over the world to address social and environmental issues in cities like Chattanooga like never before.

Join us for our LIVESTREAM EVENT launching Conscious Chattanooga!

BeMagazine.org, GAIA Talks: The Earth Speaks, and Conscious Chattanooga are exited to share we will be co-hosting a Collaborative Film Screening Event in partnership with Local Futures and their documentary film “Planet Local: A Quiet Revolution.” We will be live-streaming “LIVE” from our hometown in Chattanooga, Tennessee for World Localization Day on June 21 from 5-7 p.m. EDT at the local vegan restaurant Plant Power Cafe.
